1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop at audoinwatches.com by consumers and entrepreneurs. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions in their current version.

2. Contract Partner and Conclusion of Contract

The products and services displayed in our online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you place a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of your order takes place immediately after sending by automated email but does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract. The purchase contract is only concluded once we confirm the shipment of the goods by separate email.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Euro (€) and excluded of VAT. Additional shipping costs may apply depending on the delivery address and shipping method. These are clearly displayed during the checkout process.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

  • Shopify Payments

  • Klarna (if enabled)

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide, except to countries under international embargo regulations. Shipping is carried out via DHL and UPS, depending on availability and destination. The estimated delivery times are:

  • Germany: 1–3 business days

  • EU: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

5. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. You can find detailed information in our Return & Cancellation Policy.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty rights apply. We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, for intent or gross negligence, or under the Product Liability Act.

For other damages, our liability is limited to foreseeable, typically occurring damages, unless caused by intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty.

8. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are not obligated and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

9. Final Provisions

German law applies under exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If the customer is a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin.

Should any provision of these GTC be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
