Shipping policy

 

1. Shipping Providers
Our products are primarily shipped via DHL and DPD. The choice of shipping provider depends on service availability and the destination region.

2. Package Dimensions
We ship our orders in parcels with a maximum size of 60 x 40 x 40 cm. Larger shipments are only possible in exceptional cases and will be arranged individually with the customer.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process based on the destination country and selected shipping provider. These may include:

  • Standard shipping within Germany and internationally

  • Express shipping (if available)

  • Transport insurance, if offered by the shipping provider

4. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping service: Per Orders require up to 8 weeks preparation before shipping. 

  • Germany: 4 business days

  • EU countries: 4-8 business days

  • Worldwide shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on customs clearance)

5. Tracking
All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be emailed to the customer once the package is dispatched.

6. Customs and Import Fees
International orders may be subject to additional customs or import fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and depend on the regulations of the destination country.
For all orders shipped outside the European Union, any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are determined by local authorities and are payable by the customer upon delivery.

7. Transport Damage & Insurance
If the shipping provider offers transport insurance, it will automatically be applied to the shipment. If a package arrives damaged, this must be reported to the shipping provider immediately.

8. Delivery Restrictions
We ship worldwide, except to countries subject to international embargo regulations.

9. Returns
Returns are subject to our Return Policy. Customers are responsible for properly packaging returned items to prevent damage.
